What it does

A subject a dayEach morning names a brush lineage, a colour scheme and a way of measuring distance — and paints it.

The handscrollA painting that keeps going — opening, developing, turning, closing. The thing a single image cannot be.

Not AI image generation

There is no neural network and no training data anywhere in this app. Every stroke is computed from parameters that trace back to a line in a classical treatise — Xie He's six laws, Guo Xi's three distances, the seven families of texture strokes. The app makes no network requests at all.

Free and subscription

Free: today's painting, all seven brush lineages, the full placing of the elements, keeping your work and sharing it. A subscription adds the handscroll, full-resolution export without the seal, and going back to any past day's subject.

ニューラルネットワークも学習データもありません。一筆ごとに画論の一句まで辿れるパラメータから計算されます。通信は一切行いません。
