Classical Cue
Compare a passage. Choose the work.
Classical Cue compares a short microphone or imported clip with a catalog stored on your iPhone, then shows you the possible works. Classical Cue suggests possible works from the catalog included in the current app version; you confirm every match.
What it does
- Listens for about 12 seconds, or analyses an imported audio file up to 60 seconds.
- Offers up to three candidate works, or says plainly that it cannot tell.
- Lets you confirm a candidate, pick a different work from the catalog, or record that none of them match.
- Keeps confirmed results, favourites and private listening notes on the device.
What it does not do
- It does not identify the performer, the orchestra or the specific recording.
- It does not automatically confirm a result on your behalf.
- It does not recognise every classical work — only the works listed in the app's catalog.
- It does not send your audio anywhere. Comparison runs on the device.
Common questions
It could not identify something I know is famous.
The catalog in this version is deliberately small, and each work is represented by a limited number of reference recordings. Unusual arrangements, very noisy rooms, and recordings played through a distant speaker are the hardest cases.
It suggested the wrong work.
Choose “None of these”, or search the installed catalog and pick the correct work. Your correction is stored as a manual selection, kept separate from an algorithmic result.
Can I use it during a concert?
Only where the venue allows it. Classical Cue is not designed to be used covertly, and it will not run silently in the background.
Where did my data go?
Everything stays on the device. Deleting the app deletes your history, favourites and notes with it.

Classical Cue 会把一小段麦克风录音或导入的音频，与存放在你 iPhone 上的曲库做比对，然后把可能的作品列给你看。Classical Cue 只会从当前 App 内置曲库中建议可能的作品；每个匹配都由你确认。
它能做什么
- 聆听约 12 秒，或分析一段不超过 60 秒的导入音频。
- 最多给出三个候选作品；判断不了时会直接说判断不了。
- 你可以确认某个候选、从曲库里另选一首，或记录「都不是」。
- 已确认的结果、收藏与私人聆听笔记都保存在本机。
它不做什么
- 不识别演奏者、乐团或具体那一版录音。
- 不替你自动确认结果。
- 不是所有古典作品都认得——只认 App 曲库里列出的作品。
- 不上传你的音频，比对全部在本机完成。
常见问题
有一首很有名的曲子它没认出来。
这一版的曲库是刻意做小的，每首作品的参考录音数量也有限。改编版本、环境很吵、以及隔着远处音箱播放的录音，都是最难的情况。
它给的作品是错的。
选择「都不是」，或者搜索设备内曲库挑出正确的那一首。你的更正会作为「手动选择」保存，与算法结果分开记录。
能在音乐会现场用吗？
只在场馆明确允许的情况下使用。Classical Cue 不是为偷偷使用设计的，也不会在后台静默运行。
我的数据去哪了？
全部留在本机。删除 App 时，历史、收藏与笔记会一并删除。
