Who operates One Light
One Light is published by Ashhub. Privacy and safety questions can be sent to support@ashhub.app.
What stays on your device
Your pet’s name, exact or approximate farewell time, optional photo, local companion cache, blocked sources, and pending safety actions are stored in the app’s local storage. Photos are resized and saved without their original metadata. We do not receive owner profiles, contacts, location, or free-form memorial text.
What is shared only when you choose
Anonymous companion sharing is off by default. If you enable it, One Light sends a filtered pet name, species category, one predefined trait, and a farewell month bucket to Apple CloudKit. CloudKit attaches an account-scoped creator relationship for ownership, blocking, withdrawal, and moderation. Other users do not see your Apple Account or that internal identifier.
Reports and safety
A report contains the target public record, a predefined reason, and a per-target pseudonymous value used to reduce duplicates. It contains no free-text message. Failed reports remain on your device until delivery. Reports are retained while they are investigated; restricted moderation audit records may be retained as needed to prevent abuse and document safety decisions.
Purposes and legal bases
Optional public sharing and its withdrawal operate at your request. Safety processing is necessary to operate and protect the shared companion feature. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it in Settings without affecting your private memorial.
Providers and international processing
Public companion data is processed through Apple CloudKit. This website is delivered by Cloudflare. These providers may process technical data internationally under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
No advertising or tracking
The app has no advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, behavioral analytics SDK, or data broker integration. We do not sell personal data. Cloudflare may process ordinary request data such as IP address, security signals, and browser headers to deliver and protect this website.
Retention and deletion
Local memorial data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. A public journey remains until you withdraw sharing or delete the memorial. If local storage is lost or the app is reinstalled while you are signed in to the same iCloud account, One Light checks for public journeys created by that account and offers to withdraw them before a new memorial is created. A private memorial with no public journey can be deleted from the device immediately, even offline. If sharing is active or withdrawal is pending, in-app deletion removes the public journeys before removing the local memorial and photo. CloudKit and hosting providers may retain limited backups or security logs under their own retention schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live—including the EEA—you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. In-app export, withdrawal, and deletion are the fastest controls. You may also contact us by email.
Children and health
One Light is a memorial product, not medical care, grief therapy, or a service directed to children. It does not animate, simulate, or speak as a deceased pet.

匿名同行默认关闭。开启后，App 会把经过过滤的宠物名、物种类别、一个预设性格词和告别月份发送至 Apple CloudKit。CloudKit 会附加仅供所有权、屏蔽、撤回和治理使用的账户级创建者关系；其他用户看不到你的 Apple 账户或该内部标识。
举报与安全
举报包含目标公共记录、预设原因和用于减少重复举报的单目标假名值，不含自由文字。发送失败的举报会留在本机直到送达。举报在调查期间保留；受限的治理审计记录可在防止滥用和记录安全决定所需期间保留。
处理目的与依据
公开分享与撤回按你的请求执行；安全处理用于运营和保护公共同行功能。在适用同意作为处理依据的地区，你可以在设置中撤回同意，私密纪念不受影响。
服务商与跨境处理
公共同行资料由 Apple CloudKit 处理，本网站由 Cloudflare 提供。服务商可能依据其合同与法律保障在不同国家或地区处理技术资料。
无广告与跟踪
App 不含广告 SDK、跨 App 跟踪、行为分析 SDK 或数据经纪商集成，我们不出售个人资料。Cloudflare 可能处理 IP 地址、安全信号和浏览器请求头等普通请求资料，以交付和保护本网站。
保留与删除
本地纪念资料会保留到你主动删除或卸载 App。公共旅程会保留到你撤回分享或删除纪念。若本地资料丢失或 App 被重新安装，并且你仍登录同一个 iCloud 账户，「一束光」会检查该账户创建的公共旅程，并在创建新纪念前让你选择撤回。没有公共旅程的私密纪念可立即从本机删除，离线时也可以；若正在分享或等待撤回，App 内删除会先移除公共旅程，再删除本地纪念和照片。CloudKit 与网站服务商可能按各自周期保留有限备份或安全日志。
你的权利
依所在地法律（包括欧洲经济区），你可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制、反对处理和向监管机构投诉的权利。App 内导出、撤回和删除是最快的控制方式，也可通过邮件联系我们。
儿童与健康
「一束光」是一件纪念品，不提供医疗或哀伤治疗，也不是面向儿童的服务；它不会让离世宠物动起来、模拟宠物或代替宠物说话。
