One Light uses real astronomical distance as a measure and an openly imagined memorial story, so a beloved companion does not have to set out alone.

Support

Your private memorial remains available offline.

If public companions cannot refresh, your memorial, optional photo, and light-distance remain on this device. Check that you are signed in to iCloud and try again when your connection returns.

A number looks wrong

Open Settings → How the numbers work. An unknown farewell time is shown as an estimate, never silently invented.

Sharing is pending

Your local journey has begun. It is only marked shared after CloudKit confirms the upload. You can withdraw it from Settings.

A name is inappropriate

Use the companion menu to hide it, block the source, or report it. It disappears for you immediately; offline reports remain queued for delivery.

Contact and safety reports

Email support@ashhub.app. Include the app name and a short description. Do not send private memorial photos or Apple Account credentials.

Delete data

You remain in control.

Open the memorial and tap the gear button.
Open Settings and select Delete this memorial.
Confirm deletion.

A private memorial with no public journey can be deleted from this device immediately, even offline. If sharing is active or withdrawal is pending, One Light first removes the public journeys created by the current iCloud account; the local data and optional photo remain until that withdrawal succeeds. If local storage was lost or the app was reinstalled, One Light checks for earlier journeys created by that account and offers to withdraw them before a new memorial is created.

可在旅伴菜单中隐藏、屏蔽来源或举报。名字会立即从你的界面消失；离线举报会留在本机等待发送。

进入设置，选择「删除这份纪念」。
确认删除。

没有公共旅程的私密纪念可立即从本机删除，离线时也可以。若正在分享或等待撤回，「一束光」会先移除当前 iCloud 账户创建的公共旅程；撤回成功前，本地资料和可选照片会继续保留。若本地资料丢失或 App 被重新安装，它会在创建新纪念前检查该账户先前创建的旅程，并让你选择撤回。
