A jazz trio is playing in a small room. Nobody recorded it — every note is written the moment it is played, on your phone, by an engine built out of music theory. Never the same night. Always the same room.
What it does
Written as it is played
No library of songs, no streaming, no neural model, no training data. A rule-based engine improvises voicings, walking bass and brushwork in real time.
Your room has an accent
The first time you open it, your copy is given musical habits of its own — the chords it favours, how it ends a phrase, how often the drummer reaches for the brushes. The bones stay; over the weeks, the band picks up a few new habits.
There is a window
Behind the band, a street at night: headlights in the rain, snow on some nights, a cinema's red sign across the road on others. It follows the music.
Closing time
Tell them when to close. The last set gets quieter tune by tune and ends on the house song — every room has one, the same every night. Nothing fades out.
